Incredible staff, very attentive, made my birthday special with room decorations and a cake. The resort's ambiance is enchanting, and the spa offered the most amazing massage I've ever had.

Location can be problematic. taxis often struggled to find it. I had difficulty reaching room service, requiring multiple calls for attention.

Just spent three nights in a stunning Deluxe Room with a balcony and the outdoor pool was a true highlight, perfect for chilling out. I really enjoyed the relaxing spa and the lovely sun loungers by the pool. It would have been cool if the poolside music was turned down a bit, but overall, it was fantastic! 🌟

staying at jaal riad was a treat. the deluxe room with a garden view was perfectly designed and super clean. i loved the stunning moroccan decor, it truly added to the charm. the location is spot on for...  

The warm atmosphere and lovely décor make for a memorable experience, complemented by a large swimming pool and helpful staff across various departments. Breakfast offered refreshing options, and the overall facilities include a spa and a gym. the all-inclusive drink offerings were disappointing, as the selection was limited and the quality suffered. there were service lapses, particularly concerning access to sun lounger towels and table reservations at the restaurants, which detracted from the experience.

A perfect match for a transient visit to Marrakesh at a reasonable price. The food items were often so unappealing, making you wish for a better menu. Bring your own means for meals if you want something decent.

Our Deluxe Room with a terrace overlooking the garden was immaculate and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the vibrant city. The attentive staff, especially at breakfast, made our mornings joyful, although the dining could benefit from more diverse offerings. the experience was delightful, but the food selection needs improvement for all meals.

Several issues dampened the experience, such as inconsistent cleanliness. the room's floor remained unwashed for days, and the minibar was empty, lacking basic beverages. The food options were limited, especially during lunch, with many dishes requiring an extra fee, and the service during meals could be considerably slow, especially at the pool bar. the changing pool hours and chaotic sun lounger situation made it difficult to fully relax.
